Key Responsibilities:
Handle
parent inquiries
through phone calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
Counsel prospective parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, and admission process.
Follow up with leads to ensure
timely conversion into admissions

Maintain admission records and update reports in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams during the admission process.
Participate in
school events, open houses, and marketing initiatives
to promote admissions.
Ensure a professional and positive experience for every parent interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years in school admissions or customer relations (experience in reputed schools is an added advantage).
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Goal-driven, confident, and organized personality.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software preferred.
