Key Responsibilities:
Handle
walk-in enquiries
, phone calls, and online leads effectively.
Provide
course information
, explain program details, and guide students in selecting suitable career paths.
Maintain a
follow-up system
with potential students via calls, messages, and emails.
Assist students with
admission procedures, fee details, and EMI options
.
Coordinate with the
academic and placement teams
for smooth student onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate
records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
in CRM software.
Meet
monthly enrolment targets
and contribute to centre's growth.
Provide
exceptional customer service
and create a positive experience for students and parents.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years in counselling, telecalling, or sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
Skills:
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
Confident in handling students and parents.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office and CRM tools

Strong
persuasion and follow-up skills
