We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Admission Counsellor to join our team and guide aspiring students through their journey into higher education.

Key Responsibilities

? Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to guide them through the admissions process

? Call and schedule counseling sessions to understand student needs and interests

? Provide detailed and accurate information about available courses, admission criteria, and campus life

? Nurture leads by building relationships and maintaining consistent communication

? Assist students in filling out application forms and submitting required documents

? Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure completion of the admission process

? Handle queries and objections professionally while maintaining empathy and excellent customer service

? Deliver a superior counseling experience to ensure high levels of student satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong ability to listen, understand student concerns, and provide appropriate guidance

? Confident in handling objections and turning inquiries into successful admissions

? Demonstrated empathy and passion for helping students achieve their goals

? Prior experience in counseling or customer-facing roles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
