Key Responsibilities



Achieve Sales Targets:

Your primary responsibility is to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly student admission goals. Your performance and salary are directly tied to your results.

Aggressive Lead Generation:

Proactively source prospective students through a variety of channels including cold-calling, social media marketing, local outreach, seminars, and educational workshops. You must be a hunter, constantly seeking new opportunities.

Master the Sales Pitch:

Conduct persuasive, high-impact counseling sessions with potential students and parents, effectively communicating the value of our courses and convincing them to enroll.

Own the Enrollment Pipeline:

Manage the entire sales process from the initial inquiry to the final admission, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the customer.

Strategic Outreach:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, colleges, and private coaching centers to create a consistent pipeline of leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Proven Sales Experience:

A demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven sales environment is essential. Experience in education, insurance, real estate, or other high-pressure sales fields is highly preferred.

Exceptional Communication:

Fluent, persuasive, and confident communication skills in both Gujarati and Hindi are essential. English proficiency is a plus.

Hunter Mentality:

A relentless drive to achieve goals, a high level of self-motivation, and the resilience to handle rejection.

Negotiation & Closing Skills:

You must be an expert at closing deals and converting prospects into customers.

Ambition:
