Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor to support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students and parents

Guide applicants on admission requirements, eligibility, and deadlines

Assist with application completion and documentation

Coordinate with academic and finance teams to address student queries

Maintain applicant data using CRM systems

Support enrollment targets and recruitment activities

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or academic counselling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
