Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Guidance



Counsel students on MBA, PGDM, and other management programs offered by top Indian colleges. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to suggest suitable courses and colleges. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via calls, video meetings, or in-person. Guide students on entrance exams (CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, etc.) and admission timelines.

2. Admissions Support



Assist students with the entire application process -- from filling out forms to document submission. Explain eligibility criteria, course details, fee structures, scholarships, and placement records. Coordinate with admission teams and colleges to ensure a seamless process.

3. Sales & Target Achievement



Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets set by the management. Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into successful admissions. Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-ups.

4. Relationship Building



Maintain strong relations with students, parents, and academic institutions. Participate in education fairs, college events, webinars, and seminars. Build trust by providing transparent and accurate information.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any equivalent). MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience



0-3 years

of experience in counselling, admissions, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Skills



Excellent verbal & written communication skills in

English

and

Hindi

(regional language is a plus). Strong knowledge of

Indian MBA colleges, entrance exams, and admission processes

. Persuasive, patient, and empathetic approach to counselling. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with

targets

and handling pressure.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary:

?2.20 LPA - ?3 LPA (depending on experience) + performance incentives. Incentive structure based on admissions achieved. Training on counselling techniques, college information, and career guidance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
