We are looking for a dynamic and professional Counsellor to handle student inquiries, guide them on suitable courses, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build rapport with students.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
Counsel students on course details, career options, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admissions targets.
Maintain records, documentation, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with trainers and staff for demos, orientations, and schedules.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field.
1-3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/customer service.
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
