Key Responsibilities
Make
80-100 calls
daily to connect with potential learners
Understand career goals and suggest relevant upskilling programs
Conduct
video counseling sessions
Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Update and manage leads in the CRM system
Eligibility
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
0-3 years of B2C sales/telesales experience (any industry)
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident
Graduate (any stream) - mandatory*
