? Handle and ensure all admission-related inquiries and procedures (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, online leads) complying with school policies & education board regulations.
Schedule and coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation sessions.
Manage and coordinate the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
Assist parents in completing the admission formalities, documentation, and application procedures.
? Organize and conduct parent school visits and campus tours to showcase infrastructure and activities.
? Act as the primary point of contact for parent communication, including managing WhatsApp groups.
? Send bulk WhatsApp messages and make emergency announcements across parent groups to ensure timely communication.
? Maintain and update accurate student records, follow-up trackers, and parent databases, including alumni.
? Coordinate social media activities to enhance the school's digital presence and parent outreach.
? Support parent engagement initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms.
? Assist in preparing reports and data tracking related to admissions, enrolment trends of previous years, and parent interactions. Job Type: Full-time
