We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counselor with a flair for marketing to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process while actively promoting the institution through marketing and outreach activities.
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
Manage admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
Support marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and lead-generation activities.
Conduct school visits, seminars, and participation in education fairs.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/Excel.
Achieve admission and enrollment targets as set by the institution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional material.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with presentations, public speaking, and digital platforms.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational abilities.
Skills Preferred
Counseling and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing basics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and local language.
