The Admission Counsellor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admission process. The role involves providing accurate information about courses, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Counselling and Guidance:
Assist prospective students and parents by providing information about the institution's courses, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, both in-person and virtual.
Admission Process Management:
Guide applicants through the complete admission process, including form filling, document submission, and fee payment.
Ensure adherence to timelines and follow up with applicants to complete pending steps.
Outreach and Marketing Support:
Participate in promotional events such as open houses, career fairs, and school visits to attract potential candidates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on admission statistics and pipeline progress.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
Address inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, changes, and seat availability.
Coordinate with finance and administrative teams for fee-related and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:
