About the Role:



We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Admissions Counsellor to join our team at keeplearning, focusing on online degree and certification programs. In this role, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them through the enrolment journey. Key Responsibilities:



Engage with potential learners via inbound and outbound calls to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs. Own the complete sales funnel - from prospecting and qualification to conversion. Customize program pitches based on customer profiles and decision-making drivers. Maintain timely and detailed records of lead activity, progress, and outcomes in CRM. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with marketing for lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness. Provide post-enrolment support to ensure learner satisfaction and referrals. Stay updated on industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 year of inside sales experience in EdTech or a similar high-velocity sales environment. Experience selling online degrees, certifications, or study abroad programs is preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills - both verbal and written. Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting. Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, collaborative team culture.
