Job Description

We are looking for a young, energetic, and passionate Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. You must be proactive, people-oriented, and driven to help students make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Counsel students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures

Maintain follow-ups with interested students to ensure conversion

Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment processes

Organize and participate in campus visits, open houses, webinars, and education fairs

Maintain updated knowledge of courses, eligibility criteria, and application deadlines

Use CRM tools and maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions

Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless admissions

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or business preferred)

0-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Energetic personality with a positive and enthusiastic approach

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with student CRM or ERP systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,295.82 - ₹43,678.44 per month
