Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, community events, and virtual sessions.
Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and prospective students.
Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.
Counseling & Advising
Advise prospective students and families on academic programs, financial aid, application processes, and campus life.
Application Review & Admission
Evaluate and make recommendations on admission decisions based on academic records, test scores, personal statements, and other materials.
Data & Reporting
Monitor and analyze application and enrollment trends.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior admission staff and student ambassadors.
Collaborate with academic departments, marketing, financial aid, and student services to coordinate admission efforts.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in education, communication, business, or a related field.
Experience
: Typically 3-5+ years of progressive experience in college admissions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Public speaking and presentation skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
