Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive

Admission Counselor

to join our team. The counselor will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will play a crucial role in guiding them through the admission process. You will be responsible for understanding student needs, explaining program offerings, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding the courses and services offered by the institute. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries professionally and promptly. Follow up with prospective students to provide information and address concerns. Conduct admission interviews, assess student interests, and recommend appropriate courses. Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM or other tools. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Assist in organizing orientation sessions, seminars, and promotional events. Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
