Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Admissions Counselor (IT Sales)
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners, guiding them through the enrollment process, understanding their career goals, and aligning them with the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads generated via online campaigns, social media, and partner channels.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand the aspirations and background of prospects.
Explain program details, curriculum highlights, career outcomes, and mentorship opportunities.
Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets with a consultative sales approach.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback and improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
