Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team at RMS Business School , Gurugram. The ideal candidate must be responsible for promoting our management programs, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and building relationships with educational institutions and industry partners. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to excel, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote college programs to prospective students and parents Provide an efficient, hassle-free admission experience and maintain daily reports on inquiries and outcomes. Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the course options, admission process and career opportunities. Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs. Support the students throughout the admission process by resolving their queries and helping them complete the required documents. Coordinate with internal departments such as accounts and student support to ensure smooth documentation and payment processing. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with potential leads and inquiries, using leadconversion techniques to drive student enrollments and meet enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, follow-up actions, and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong sales orientation, goal-driven approach and self-motivated. Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence Strong knowledge of management education and industry trends Languages: English, Hindi

Qualifications & Experience

MBA or relevant degree 2-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling and sales ( Ed-Tech/education sector preferred)

Compensation

Salary:

?3.6 L - ?4.8 L per annum

Incentives:

Attractive, performance-based incentives (no upper limit)

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM - 6 PM
