Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Handle admission enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Schedule and coordinate campus visits or counselling sessions with parents.
Maintain and update enquiry data in the system.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion to admissions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling outbound calling.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
Experience in counselling/admissions/sales calling preferred.
