Job Description

The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in managing student admissions and supporting overall administrative operations of the school. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective parents and students while maintaining efficiency in day-to-day school administration.

Key Responsibilities:Admissions:

Serve as the first point of contact for admission-related queries from parents and students. Provide accurate information regarding school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures. Schedule and conduct campus tours, counseling sessions, and admission interviews. Manage the end-to-end admission process -- from inquiry to enrolment -- ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Maintain and update admission records, inquiry databases, and reports. Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for student onboarding.

Administrative Support:

Assist in general school office operations and record maintenance. Draft official letters, circulars, and notices as needed. Support in organizing school events, orientations, and parent meetings. Maintain proper filing systems for student and staff documents. Handle correspondence, calls, and visitor management efficiently. Assist the Principal or Head of Administration in daily operational tasks.
