Handle Parental Admission and general enquiries to their satisfaction.
Customer / Parent Satisfaction
Update student information regularly in the records by referring to the student diary.
Handle enquiries received through phone (toll free), web, and email.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling.
Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises where the Relationship Team shall take over.
Follow up on no show cases.
Maintaining the records of all the school events in a register.
Manage up-sell and cross sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready) Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports
Maintenance of data completion and accuracy.
Maintain inward and outward courier/mail registers.
Maintain SMS, feedback, helpdesk log book, and visitors' book.
Respond to complaints or queries made by parents after enquiring with the Principal or other school leaders.
Promptly reporting to the Principal those parents who are challenging to deal with.
