Job Summary

We are looking for a

people-first Admissions Counselor

to serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role involves managing inquiries, admissions coordination, CRM updates, fee handling, and supporting smooth daily operations at the academy.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome walk-in visitors and provide accurate information about programs and facilities Manage desk, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally Collect and maintain student and parent details in CRM (Zoho) Follow up with leads regarding trial sessions, batches, schedules, and enrollments Coordinate between students, parents, and coaches Handle fee collection and maintain proper records Assist with attendance tracking, data entry, and administrative reports Monitor facility-related issues and escalate concerns when required Ensure quick and consistent follow-up on online leads

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles Fluency in

Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Strong communication skills (in-person and phone) Comfortable interacting with parents, students, and prospects Organized, proactive, and responsive approach to work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting)

Good to Have

Interest in sports such as Tennis, Cricket, Pickleball, or Badminton Experience handling leads via CRM systems, calls, or WhatsApp
