Position: Parent Relationship Manager - School

Location: Banjara hills, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ?40,000 - ?50,000 per month

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5 - 6 Year's of experience in School operations and Sales (70% in Sales & 30% in Operations)

Skills: MS Office

Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu

:

1. Parent Relationship Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for parents for any queries, feedback, or concerns.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents to enhance trust and satisfaction.

Conduct regular parent meetings, orientations, and engagement events.

2. Admissions & Enrolment Support:

Assist the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.

Guide parents through the admission process, school programs, and fee structures.

Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective parents.

3. Communication & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between parents and school departments (academics, administration, transport, finance, etc.).

Ensure timely communication of school updates, policies, and student progress reports.

Manage parent feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.

4. Retention & Engagement:

Develop strategies to improve parent satisfaction and student retention.

Identify and address potential concerns early to reduce dropouts or withdrawals.

Support in organizing school events, PTMs, and community-building activities.

5. Sales & Business Development:

Promote school programs and initiatives to potential parents.

Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrolment goals.

Maintain a database of leads and track conversion rates.
