As an

, you will play a key role in student counseling, parent engagement, and admissions. You will guide parents on preschool programs, curriculum, fees, and policies while ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities-

Act as a primary

counselor

for parents, providing detailed information about preschool programs, curriculum, teaching methodology, and facilities. Handle end-to-end preschool admission processes as an

admission counselor

, including inquiries, school visits, application forms, and documentation. Use effective counseling and conversion techniques to close admissions successfully. Maintain accurate admission records, counseling details, and follow-up data using CRM or admission tracking systems. Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Act as a supportive

addressing parent queries and concerns professionally.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an

admission counselor

, school

counselor

, or in preschool admissions/EdTech counseling.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).

Interpersonal Skills:

Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality with strong people skills.

Sales & Counseling Skills:

Ability to balance counseling with admission targets and conversions.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM or admission systems.
