Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Admission Counsellor

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process for our

Cyber Security

and

Full Stack Development

programs. A strong understanding of these domains is required to provide accurate information and build trust with applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about career opportunities in Cyber Security and Full Stack Development. Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career scope, and industry relevance. Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins. Guide students through the application and enrollment process. Maintain student records, follow up with leads, and achieve admission targets. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to organize seminars, webinars, and admission drives. Stay updated with industry trends in technology, cyber security, and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred background in IT/Computer Science). Strong knowledge of Cyber Security and Full Stack Development concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in counselling, sales, or academic advising preferred. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
