Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement:
Follow up with inbound leads and actively engage new prospects via outbound calls.
Needs Assessment:
Understand each student's academic background and career aspirations to offer tailored program recommendations.
Program Presentation:
Deliver clear and compelling information about our offerings via phone calls, virtual demos, and video counseling.
Sales Conversion:
Build trust, address objections, and close admissions effectively to meet or exceed monthly targets.
CRM Management:
Accurately update and maintain lead status, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Reporting:
Share weekly performance metrics and pipeline status with the management team.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster long-term engagement with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction, retention, and generate referrals or upsells.
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with our academic programs, industry updates, and best practices through regular training.
Candidate Requirements
? 2-5 years of experience in
admissions counseling
,
outbound sales
, or
EdTech sales
? Fluent in
English and Hindi
, with excellent verbal and written communication
? Strong interpersonal skills - confident, empathetic, and a good listener
? Proven track record in
closing sales
, handling objections, and meeting targets
? Proficient with
CRM tools
and productivity software (MS Office, email, etc.)
?Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented
