We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and well-organized
Admission Counselor cum Receptionist
to join our team at Deep Academic Heights. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the school's front desk operations while also assisting prospective students and parents through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to school services.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Admission Counseling:
Provide information and guidance to prospective students and parents regarding the school's programs, policies, and admission procedures.
Assist with the completion of application forms, required documentation, and other administrative tasks related to admissions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, campus tours, and assessments for prospective students.
Follow up with applicants and parents, providing regular updates on the status of their applications.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, applications, and admission statuses.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of admissions.
Assist with preparing admission materials, brochures, and other marketing documents.
Handle student data entry and maintain confidentiality.
Customer Service & Communication:
Address general inquiries regarding school policies, events, and activities.
Resolve any concerns or issues raised by parents, students, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain effective communication with other school staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Fluency in English
is a must, both written and spoken.
Female candidates only.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A positive, professional attitude and a passion for working with students and parents.
Additional Information:
This position may require some evening or weekend hours during peak admission periods.
