Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound queries and proactively follow up on leads (database provided)
Initiate outbound calls to maximize student enrollments and exceed sales targets
Conduct personalized counseling sessions and virtual product demonstrations
Match Aimlay's academic programs with each student's career path and aspirations
Clearly communicate program benefits and processes with confidence and clarity
Build rapport and trust with prospective students through empathy and understanding
Maintain accurate records and lead status updates in CRM systems
Generate and submit weekly performance and sales reports
Ensure high student satisfaction to foster referrals and retention
Engage in regular training for continued learning and upskilling
Candidate Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience in
admissions counseling or sales
(preferably in EdTech or education domain)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, consultative approach
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
