Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective
students and their families through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of academic programs, and the
ability to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, programs, career
opportunities, and admission requirements.
? Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to provide personalized guidance.
? Follow up with inquiries from various sources including online leads, education fairs,
referrals, and marketing campaigns.
? Maintain accurate records of interactions and admission progress in the CRM
system.
? Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
? Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance student
engagement and conversion.
? Participate in open days, campus events, and online webinars to promote programs.
? Provide feedback on student queries and market trends to improve counselling
strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, or related field).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
? Result-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
? Experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales is an advantage.
? Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data management.
