About the Role:

Makoons Pre School, a leading early childhood education centre in Chhindwara, is looking for a dedicated and confident

Admissions Counselor (Female)

to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for managing parent inquiries, conducting school tours, handling admissions procedures, and maintaining excellent parent relationships to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist parents and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, teaching methodology, and admission process. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups from prospective parents. Schedule and conduct campus tours for interested parents. Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records. Coordinate with the Principal and teaching staff for admission-related communication. Support promotional and marketing activities related to admissions (e.g., school events, parent meetings). Ensure a pleasant front-office environment and represent the school's values and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate (any discipline).

Experience:

1-3 years in counseling, front office, or customer service (preferably in a school or preschool environment).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English and Hindi

.

Personality:

Warm, approachable, confident, and child-friendly.

Computer Skills:

Basic MS Office and email handling proficiency.

Key Attributes:

Passionate about early childhood education. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Well-groomed and presentable. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary:

As per experience and school norms.
