Roles and Responsibilities for the candidate : \xe2\x97\x8f Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure a stable and growth based cashflow for the branches allocated \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain communication with learners through various channels \xe2\x97\x8f Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes \xe2\x97\x8f Support Junior level counselors with their targets \xe2\x97\x8f Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing an effective business experience to learners, mentors, clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions \xe2\x97\x8f Managing the Learning experience of the learners \xe2\x97\x8f Relationship Building and Negotiation with Vendors/ Partners Skill Required \xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of Education-Based Counselling \xe2\x97\x8f Good communication & interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Business Strategy Skills and understanding of Finance Terminologies Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Experience:
