Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding admissions for

Arts, Engineering

, and basic

Medical/NEET-related

programs. Guide students through the entire admission process: inquiry, counseling, application, documentation, and enrollment. Conduct one-on-one

counseling sessions, phone consultations, and follow-ups.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college admission criteria, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.

Assist in organizing and participating in

career fairs, admission events, seminars, and webinars.

Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly to convert them to admissions. Coordinate with internal teams for timely application processing and student support. Stay informed about various universities, courses, admission deadlines, and eligibility requirements.

Bachelor's degree (Education, Counseling, Arts, Engineering, or related field preferred)

1-3 years of experience

in educational counseling or student advising Knowledge of Indian higher education systems, especially

Arts, Engineering & NEET admissions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion, listening, and organizational abilities Worked in school & college
