a. Responsibilities
Act as the

Build
strong trust-based relationships
with parents.
Guide families through the
entire admission process
- forms, documentation, interviews.
Maintain
accurate lead and enquiry records
(CRM or manual).
Follow up consistently with interested parents.
Organise
school visits, open houses and webinars

Address parent concerns with empathy and clarity.
Work closely with Principal and leadership team on admission strategy.
Represent the school professionally at education fairs and outreach events.
Collect feedback from parents to improve processes.

a. Responsibilities
Manage
front office operations

Assist with fee records and data entry.
Coordinate between academic and admin teams.
Maintain inventory and office supplies.

a. Responsibilities
Design, maintain and manage
school network architecture

Manage servers, data backup and recovery.
Install, configure and maintain
