Key Responsibilities:
Counsel walk-in students and parents about Jobsense courses and career prospects
Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Make
outbound calls
to follow up with leads and explain course benefits
Identify student needs and suggest suitable training programs
Explain fee structures, course content, career scope, and placement assistance
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication
Maintain and update lead records in CRM and spreadsheets
Participate in seminars, college/school visits, and promotional activities
Meet or exceed
monthly admission targets
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills
Confident in handling walk-ins and cold calling
Strong listening and persuasion ability
Organized, self-driven, and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (preferred)
Compensation:
Fixed Salary (based on experience)
