Job Summary We are seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused Female Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through our admissions process. The ideal candidate will provide detailed program information, counsel students on career opportunities, and assist them in enrolling for our industry-leading training programs.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via phone and in-person, providing comprehensive information about our training programs.

Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly and professionally.

Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs to meet their career goals.

Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure high enrollment conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM systems.

Address student queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Female candidates only (mandatory).

1-2 years of experience in admissions counselling, telesales, or student support roles.

Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil (spoken).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and convert inquiries into admissions.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a collaborative team player.
