Position Summary
Siddhartha Public School is seeking a dynamic and compassionate
Admission Counsellor
to be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.
The counsellor will guide families through the admission journey, communicate the school's philosophy of holistic education, and ensure a warm, transparent, and efficient enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Parent Engagement & Counselling
Serve as the primary contact for admission enquiries (walk-in, website, WhatsApp, clinic surveys, or referrals).
Understand parent needs and counsel them about the school's philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.
Conduct guided campus tours showcasing classrooms, innovation labs, sports, and wellness areas.
Build trust and ensure parents feel confident in choosing the school.
Admission Process & Coordination
Maintain accurate enquiry and lead records in CRM / Google Sheets.
Schedule and follow up on parent meetings, assessments, and interviews.
Coordinate between parents, academic coordinators, and the administrative office.
Track leads through all stages -- Enquiry ? Visit ? Application ? Admission-- and report daily progress.
Communication & Follow-Up
Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone communication professionally.
Share admission forms, fee structures, and policies transparently.
Follow up on warm leads and send gentle reminders and thank-you messages.
Maintain polite, empathetic, and consistent communication tone.
Reports & Insights
Prepare weekly admission reports for the Project Coordinator / Principal.
Record parent feedback and suggest improvements in communication or visitor experience.
Support marketing initiatives (open house events, school fairs, hospital outreach programs).
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
.
Friendly, empathetic, and confident personality.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle parent queries with patience and accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Communication preferred).
0-3 years of experience in counselling, front office, or education admissions.
Fresh BBA/ MBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
