Roles and Responsibilties
Engage with learners to uncover their actual needs and expectations regarding the program, and guide them with accurate information toward the most suitable program option.
Present program details clearly - including structure, duration, cost, certification, and outcomes- to aid informed decision-making.
Effectively identify and communicate expected benefit, and relevance of the program to the learner and help them making an informed decision wrt enrolment
Keep learners engaged and motivated through meaningful follow-ups, ensuring they feel supported and confident about enrolling.
Proactively design and run creative engagement initiatives -- such as webinars, group counselling sessions, alumni/learner experience sharing calls, mini-workshops, or targeted communication campaigns -- to nurture leads and boost enrollment outcomes.
Use LinkedIn and other public platforms to connect with prospects, share valuable content, and strengthen brand visibility and trust.
Provide accurate, timely, and well-structured reporting on lead engagement and enrollment pipeline to support forecasting and planning.
Coordinate with the Admissions, IT Team, Data Team, and Academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for enrolled learners.
Share feedback and insights from learner interactions to help refine marketing and communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships over the phone.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
High levels of patience and resilience to handle repetitive tasks and challenging conversations
