SOVO International School is hiring an Admissions Counsellor to manage parent enquiries and guide families through the admissions process. This is a front-facing role that involves speaking with parents, primarily mothers who are exploring schooling options for their child.

The role is focused on communication, clarity, and relationship-building. You will help parents understand the school's approach and determine whether SOVO is the right fit for their child.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound admission enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Speak with parents to understand their expectations and concerns Explain the school's learning approach, curriculum, and admissions process clearly Conduct school tours and in-person meetings with parents Follow up with interested families and maintain admissions records Coordinate with the admissions head and founding team during the admissions cycle
Who This Role Is For

Preferably female (role involves extensive interaction with mothers) Someone who communicates clearly and confidently in English Calm, patient, and comfortable speaking with parents one-on-one Able to explain ideas simply and answer questions thoughtfully
Requirements

1-4 years of experience in school admissions, education, counselling, or any client-facing role Strong spoken English (mandatory) Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic spreadsheets Professional, presentable, and organised Willing to learn and represent the school's philosophy accurately

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
