Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves guiding students for admissions, resolving their doubts, and driving conversions through sales via calling.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students to guide them through different courses and colleges
Understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges to provide accurate suggestions
Offer complete clarity on admission processes, timelines, and requirements
Build confidence and trust through clear, structured communication
Drive consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions using ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call summaries, and follow-up schedules accurately
Collaborate with operations & counselling teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
Ability to simplify complex academic information
Persuasive, empathetic, and confident on calls
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and resilient
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling + follow-up discipline is mandatory
