Responsibilities:
Conduct ground research in the nearby areas to identify key outreach opportunities.
Visit residential societies, playgroups, community centers, and local events to promote the school.
Plan and execute on-ground and digital marketing campaigns.
Organize and manage school events, open houses, and parent engagement programs to increase footfall.
Coordinate with local vendors, designers, and media for promotional material and advertising.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Education or related field).
1-4 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or school operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Street-smart with the ability to connect with diverse community groups.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
