Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or those new to the industry who are eager to build a career in immigration and visa consultation. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive, in-house training to become a specialist in various visa pathways, including visitor, work, and other immigration types.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Learn to provide professional and accurate information to clients regarding eligibility criteria, required documentation, and application procedures for various visa categories (e.g., visitor, work, dependent, etc.) through structured training.

Application Processing Support:

Assist in managing the end-to-end visa application process, which includes reviewing, verifying, and preparing client applications and supporting documents for submission to relevant authorities.

Documentation Management:

Ensure all client information and documentation, such as financial records, identification, and application forms, are accurate, complete, and handled with strict confidentiality.

Communication & Follow-up:

Maintain consistent and regular contact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings under guidance to provide status updates, request missing materials, and answer queries.

Knowledge Acquisition:

Actively participate in all provided training sessions to stay current with the latest immigration laws, visa regulations, and policy changes for key destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.).

Client Onboarding:

Coordinate new client intake processes and ensure all initial requirements and agreements are completed and filed correctly.

Database Management:

Maintain and update detailed records of all client interactions and application progress in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to streamline processes and address client issues effectively

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
