Job Title: Admissions Champion (Admissions Manager)
Location: Valistus International School, Whitefield (Seegehalli), Bengaluru
Type: Full-time | On-campus
Compensation: 75,000 per month

Your Mission:

• Be the First Friend: Serve as the welcoming point of contact for prospective families, sharing insights about our Cambridge curriculum, values, and vision.
• Guide the Journey: Hand-hold parents and students through the entire admissions processfrom the first hello to enrollmentwith warmth, clarity, and care.
• Showcase Valistus: Organize and lead campus tours, open houses, and orientation events that make our campus feel like home.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions decisions on our systems.
• Review and Recommend: Assess application documents and collaborate with academic and admin teams to evaluate and communicate admission outcomes.
• Drive Growth: Support the development and execution of admissions strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Be Our Ambassador: Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives, helping spread the word about what makes Valistus extraordinary.
• Stay True to Values: Ensure all admissions activities align with our school policies, Cambridge guidelines, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or similar roles (preferably within an educational institution).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you can make every family feel seen, heard, and valued.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines smoothly.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, admissions software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• High levels of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• A genuine passion for education and belief in Valistus' mission of experiential, student-centered learning.
