1. Manage the process of admission right form the point of a walk-in or telephonic inquiry to the final admission.
2. Meet parent for admission, guide and assist them in admission procedure.
3. Administration of the admission tests.
4. Communicate with parent on academic related matters.
5. Communicate with accounts in connection with payments and fees.
6. Communicate with the Trustees/Principal in connection with the finalizing the admissions.
7. Prepare Admission folders for the Pre School, Primary, Secondary for the use of the Admission.
8. Maintenance of all records and documents of students.
9. Maintenance of records as per the requirements and specifications of the admission process.
10. Should know the basic information about the Organisation philosophy.
11. Knowledge about the infrastructure and other facilities at the school.
12. Knowledge of affiliation with the board: why we have selected a particular board achieved or applied or plan to apply
13. Explain to parent the advantages of the chosen education board to the students.
14. Knowledge of other activities in school & SAP programs conducted in school.
15. Knowledge of fee structure.
16. Prepare and send the MIS admission report to School Administrator / Principal /Directors of School/Trustees.
17. Attending workshops and meeting conducted by the School Administrator /Coordinator / Principal.
18. Undertaking other duties as directed by the School Administrator / Principal.
