Kairos Institute is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions & Sales Executive (

) to drive student admissions, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach: Conduct marketing campaigns across Kerala and outside regions to promote courses and increase admissions.
Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for lead generation and collaborative activities.
Data Collection & Market Research: Collect and analyze student data, competitor activities, and market trends to strategize admissions campaigns effectively.
High-Value Product Selling: Pitch and convert leads for premium programs with confidence and persuasive communication.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads through seminars, education fairs, social media platforms, and follow up to achieve admission targets.
Event Coordination: Organize and represent the institute at education fairs, career counseling sessions, and promotional events.
Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for social media campaigns, content creation, and online promotions.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain regular reports on admissions, leads, and campaign performance for management review.
Travel for Business Development: Willingness to travel within and outside Kerala for marketing and Networking.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation skills with target-oriented approach
Ability to build and maintain professional networks
Familiarity with education sector marketing trends
Basic digital marketing knowledge preferred
Data analysis and reporting skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
Proven experience in high-value sales and B2C marketing will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
