. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving student enrollment strategies, branding initiatives, and marketing campaigns across multiple institutions under SGC.

Role Highlights:

Admissions & Outreach:

Plan and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies across regions. Build partnerships with schools, consultants, and digital platforms for lead generation. Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars to drive student engagement.

Marketing & Branding:

Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance institutional visibility. Collaborate with the branding team for creative campaigns and promotional activities. Manage content, social media, and lead tracking in coordination with internal teams.

Strategy & Operations:

Set admission targets and monitor performance metrics for lead conversions. Prepare marketing plans, event calendars, and progress reports for management review. Ensure data-driven decision-making through CRM and campaign analytics.

Team Coordination:

Lead and mentor the admissions and marketing team for effective execution. Liaise with academic heads, branding, and digital marketing teams for cross-departmental alignment.

Candidate Requirements:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven track record in admissions, institutional marketing, or student recruitment. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and lead management platforms.
