Goldenbee Global School is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Admissions and Marketing Manager
to lead student admissions, strengthen brand presence, and drive enrolment growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of managing admissions operations while planning and executing effective marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Management
Plan, manage, and execute the complete student admissions cycle (inquiries to enrolment).
Lead and train the admissions counsellor team to meet enrolment targets.
Handle parent queries, counselling sessions, campus tours, and follow-ups.
Ensure accurate maintenance of admissions data, MIS reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and finance teams for seamless onboarding of new students.
Ensure adherence to school policies, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies to increase admissions.
Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, events).
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, designers, and vendors.
Manage school branding, promotional materials, and communication content.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse leads, and optimise strategies.
Outreach & Partnerships
Build relationships with preschools, corporates, residential communities, and activity centres.
Organise and participate in school events, open houses, fairs, and exhibitions.
Represent the school at external promotional and academic events.
Reporting & Analytics
Track daily, weekly, and monthly admission metrics and marketing ROI.
Present reports and insights to the management with improvement plans.
Forecast admissions and propose corrective actions when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or business development (school/education sector preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in meeting admissions or sales targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
