Role/Designation: Admissions Advisor
Department: Sales - Academic Counselling
Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: IIDE Corporate Office, CHSL, Dhanraj Mill Compound, IIDE, 1st Floor, Dhanlaxmi Industrial Estate, SJ Marg, Lower Parel, Maharashtra 400013
Reports to: Hiring Manager - Sales

About the Role
As an Admissions Advisor at IIDE's Mumbai office, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their academic journey. This role involves counseling, sales conversion, and relationship building to ensure every student selects the right IIDE program aligned with their goals.
What You'll Do
? Student Counseling & Guidance:
? Counsel students on IIDE's digital marketing programs based on their interests and career aspirations.
? Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
? Sales & Conversion:
? Convert inquiries into successful admissions through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
? Maintain and update lead databases and ensure seamless CRM management.
? Walk-in Interaction:
? Represent IIDE during walk-in interviews and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
? Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while communicating IIDE's vision and program benefits.
? Additional Duties:
? Support the admissions and marketing teams in achieving monthly targets.
? Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Requirements
Who You Are
? Must-Have:
? Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in sales or academic counseling.
? Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
? Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office.
? Should Have:
? Interest in education, counseling, and student relationship management.
? Ability to maintain professionalism in high-volume interaction environments.
? Nice to Have:
? Previous experience in education sales or counseling.
? Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
