Job Description

We are seeking an Admission Advisor who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. The role involves providing guidance on academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities, while supporting students in making the right educational choices.

Key Responsibilities



Advise students and parents on admission processes, eligibility, and program details. Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional manner. Assist students with the application process and documentation. Provide career and academic guidance to prospective students. Maintain follow-ups to ensure student engagement and conversion. Achieve enrollment targets set by the institution. Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, and promotional activities. Maintain updated student records and counseling reports.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred). Strong communication, advising, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and families. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred). Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or sales is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
