Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to prospective students to help them select programs aligned with their academic and career goals
Assist students throughout the enrollment process and clarify program details, benefits, and procedures
Meet monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate effectively with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment
Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance
Target-driven, organized, and proactive with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video
