Role Overview
Your job is simple --
turn inquiries into enrollments
through clarity, trust, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and qualify genuine prospects.
Conduct
5 strategy calls/day
via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp or Phone Call
Diagnose student goals, background, and timelines ? recommend the best EU options.
Present the
Switch Abroad Fast-Track System
(timeline + pricing).
Follow up via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM until closure.
Coordinate with the operations team post-payment for smooth onboarding.
Compensation
Base Pay:
?12,000-?16,000 / month
Commission:
7% per sale (premium consultation)
Bonus:
?10,000 for every 15 closures
Referral Bonus:
?2,000 per student
Realistic Take-Home Potential:
?35K-?60K+ monthly

experience (EdTech, Real Estate, or Insurance preferred).

consultative selling
