We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused

Admission Coordinator

to manage the college admission process. The role involves counseling students, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, and departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities. Handle admission inquiries (walk-in, phone, email, online). Manage application processing, documentation, and enrollment. Coordinate with academic/finance departments on admissions and fee-related matters. Support in marketing activities such as school visits, admission campaigns, open houses, and orientation programs. Maintain accurate student records and prepare admission reports.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education/Management/Communication). 3-6 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or administration (college/school sector preferred). Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage student queries with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and admission CRM tools (if any).
