Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle admission inquiries (walk-in, phone, email, online).
Manage application processing, documentation, and enrollment.
Coordinate with academic/finance departments on admissions and fee-related matters.
Support in marketing activities such as school visits, admission campaigns, open houses, and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate student records and prepare admission reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education/Management/Communication).
3-6 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or administration (college/school sector preferred).
Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage student queries with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and admission CRM tools (if any).
